I want to inspire my students through the practice of yoga to connect with their true self, healing abilities and expansive potential. I am a native New Yorker who loves the energy of Manhattan but finds balance in my life with a regular yoga practice. Teaching yoga allows me to help others feel confident and healthy long after they practice. I hope to continue to show my students the joy and peace that a regular yoga practice can bring to their lives each and every day.

I am a Yoga Alliance registered teacher who received my 200 hour certification and completed my mentorship from Yoga Vida NYC. I  currently teach group classes at Chelsea Piers Fitness and am avaiable for private, corporate or small group sessions. Please contact me for booking information.
